can be found in India, so a good
all-around
adaptor plug set
is recommended.
Type D, shown at right, is the most common. As shown here, outlets are often controlled by an adjacent switch. |

offer desks and workstations that accept a variety of plug types, as
shown in this photo taken in Mumbai.
Remember: no matter what type of plug an outlet might accept, voltage in India is 230V 50Hz. |
